Project feasibility analysis; coordination of design consultants; rezoning applications – including public hearing & design panel approvals; cost planning & tendering; subcontractor management; preloading work, offsite and onsite work.

Commercial cum Residential Project comprising 18 commercial units and 46 residential units located at 3787, Canada Way, Burnaby, BC.
Done a lot of work while Excavation and slab preparation for Slab on Grade. Supervision for the blind wall construction, footings, columns and first Suspended Slab. Co-ordination between different trades and consultants and with City of Burnaby.

11 Lots Single Family Homes, located at 4825 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC. to supervise and coordinate for providing services including Sewer , Storm, Fire Hydrant, water lines grading the lots and road works . Completed the project on time.
