Transparency is the key to our construction management approach. In this process, Namdhari works as the Owner’s representative for all construction related decisions, yet all decisions are respectfully made in consultation with the client.
Prior to mobilization at the Project site, a cost plan is prepared based upon our in-house cost estimates and substantial tendering of the Project. With the consultation of our client, this cost plan is set as the baseline for cost management throughout construction. A baseline schedule is prepared to establish a system for time control during construction, and to meet the targets of our client.
Constant trade coordination and safety controls are implemented at the construction site to minimize the potential risks typically associated with a real estate development project. Final, completion and approvals are coordinated among the trade contractors and consultants in order to complete the turn key operation for our client.
